Campaign status

Draft, Pending Approval, Approved, Active, Paused, and Ended tell you where the campaign currently sits in the delivery lifecycle.

Payment status

Pending, Paid, Refunded, and Partially Refunded explain whether the campaign still needs funding work or already has a payment change on record.

How to use this role well

Approved does not always mean already live. It usually means the campaign passed review and can move into payment or activation.

Use Agency only when another team should operate campaigns on your behalf.

Use Support for billing, approvals, access, or campaign issues that need a real reply.

Questions users ask in this workflow

The first answers open by default so key workflow guidance does not feel buried.

The advertiser role is for the business that wants to run ads on the Kindlyr network. Advertisers create campaigns, submit creative for approval, fund campaigns, review analytics, manage agency access when needed, and use support when something needs attention.

The advertiser dashboard is the operating center for campaign work. It is where you move between Campaigns, Map, New Campaign, Analytics, Billing, Agency access, Settings, Agreement, Support, and the advertiser guide.

The normal advertiser flow is: create your account, accept the current advertiser agreement if prompted, open New Campaign, choose your targeting and schedule, upload your video, submit for approval, wait for review, complete payment when the campaign is approved, and then monitor delivery from Campaigns and Analytics once the campaign becomes active.

Agreement Guidance

Agreement updates can pause access until users re-sign

The FAQ now explains the agreement-gated paths across Host, Partnership, Partner, Agency, Advertiser, and CLA experiences.

Hosts must accept the Host Partnership Agreement before using the funding request flow.

Host Partners must accept the Host Partner Agreement before using the partner workspace normally.

If admin publishes a new agreement version, affected users must sign again before those gated routes reopen.
