The Opportunity
Build and manage Kindlyr in your city
Kindlyr is seeking qualified entrepreneurs and local business operators to develop approved advertising territories through hands-on leadership and measurable local execution.
An independent local operating business
The ACO manages ordinary day-to-day operations in an Authorized Territory. Kindlyr provides the central Platform and Screen technology while the ACO builds local supply, advertiser demand, service capacity, and community relationships.
Business structure
Clear ownership and operating responsibilities from the start.
Independent operator
The ACO is not a Kindlyr employee and remains responsible for registration, permits, taxes, insurance, personnel, transportation, and local operating costs.
Not a franchise purchase
The ACO does not purchase Kindlyr, Platform ownership, territory ownership, Customer relationships, or permanent Screen revenue rights.
ACO Responsibilities
What you will do
Lead the local operation from Host and advertiser development through installation, service, reporting, and team growth.
Manage the territory
- Recruit and onboard qualified Host businesses.
- Recruit and support local advertisers.
- Build community and business relationships.
- Maintain accurate Customer and territory records.
- Monitor performance and protect Kindlyr locally.
Install and maintain Screens
- Purchase and install the first 8 Launch Screens.
- Register equipment through the Kindlyr Platform.
- Install 18 Expansion Screens using territory revenue.
- Maintain at least 95% uptime across Mature Screens.
- Coordinate repairs, replacements, and relocations.
Develop advertising revenue
- Recruit local advertisers and agencies.
- Help advertisers create and schedule campaigns.
- Maintain at least a 20% weighted paid Fill Rate.
- Encourage renewals and support active campaigns.
- Promote approved campaign opportunities.
Build a local team
- Hire sales and Customer-support personnel as needed.
- Use approved installers and Screen technicians.
- Offer approved local advertising-design services.
- Train and supervise local personnel.
- Establish an Approved Local Office when authorized.
Local advertising-design services
The ACO may provide the first standard video advertisement free to a verified first-time advertiser. Each additional standard video is priced at no more than $25 and includes one reasonable revision.
Services outside the standard offer
Filming, actors, paid voice talent, custom photography, advanced animation, complex 3D work, major revisions, paid assets, and production for unrelated platforms require separate advertiser approval.
Kindlyr Support
You operate locally. Kindlyr powers the network.
The role combines local ownership of execution with central technology, payment, policy, reporting, security, and compliance support.
Platform and technology
ACO, advertiser, Host, campaign, Screen-health, Fill Rate, equipment, revenue, payout, and compliance tools.
Central business support
Kindlyr manages the brand, central Platform, payment processing, content policies, data, security, and network compliance.
Training and guidance
Training covers onboarding, sales, campaign creation, design standards, installation, reporting, and Customer-data protection.

- The central advertising Platform and management tools.

Launch Plan
From 8 Launch Screens to a 26-Screen territory
The initial network launches first. Revenue generated by the territory then supports the required expansion.

Activate the first 8 Screens
Complete training, build Host and advertiser pipelines, and install 8 approved Screens within the authorized launch period.
Operating Month 1
Build paid activity
Operate the initial network, maintain Fill Rate, generate territory revenue, and prepare the first Expansion Screens.
Operating Months 2-7
Add 18 Expansion Screens
Target 3 revenue-funded installations per month while maintaining sales, service, records, and Screen uptime.
Operating Month 8
Qualify and prepare to scale
Stabilize at least 26 Active Screens, verify performance and records, complete reimbursement review, and plan the next phase.

The required 18 Expansion Screens are purchased using the Territory Expansion Wallet, ACO Screen earnings already generated, or another source approved by Kindlyr. If earned funds are temporarily insufficient while required performance is maintained, the ACO is not required to use personal funds and the schedule may be extended.

Qualification-based reimbursement after Month 8
Kindlyr reimburses the verified initial equipment contribution after the qualification period is successfully completed.
Maximum approved reimbursement
$5,200
Up to $650 per original Launch Screen. Approved payments are targeted within 15 business days after verification.
Qualification requirements
Reimbursement is based on verified launch, growth, performance, and compliance records.
- Complete 8 full Operating Months.
- Install and activate the original 8 Screens.
- Register equipment as Kindlyr network assets.
- Install 18 revenue-funded Expansion Screens.
- Reach at least 26 Active Screens.
- Maintain at least a 20% paid Fill Rate.
- Maintain 95% uptime across Mature Screens.
- Use Expansion Wallet funds properly.
- Provide valid equipment and installation records.
- Remain active, compliant, and in good standing.
Failure to qualify at Month 8 normally defers reimbursement rather than permanently cancelling it. Payment becomes due after missing installations, records, uptime, Fill Rate, or material compliance issues are resolved under the applicable ACO terms.
